A belt loader has two jobs, and electrifying it means solving both. An Actium 80V — liquid-cooled, or the air-cooled 80V Air where there is no room for a coolant loop — handles traction; the Actium Pump drives the belt hydraulics that used to run off the engine. Two motors on one 62–96 V bus, from one family, with one spares list.

That second motor is the part most conversions get wrong. Strip out a diesel and the hydraulics lose their prime mover — bolting on an undersized auxiliary is how a repowered loader ends up slower than the one it replaced.

The kit ships with HV harness and distribution, a VCU with CAN integration and a replacement instrument cluster, so the loader behaves the way its operators expect rather than the way a retrofit usually does.
